I suspect it might be the under bonnet fuse box - specifically the connectors or the wires inside that are loose, possibly. I've just spent a while looking through the wiring diagrams for your model (what a load of options on the Audio side - 3 lots of submenus depending on the options fitted!).

In case you are feeling adventurous - here's a PDF of the wiring Diagrams if you want to try and trace any connections back to check Billy. The first one is the actual diagram - the others are supporting docs: :-D Link to the PDF below:

Billys C5 Audio Wiring Diags

Here's a few of the codes
8480 is the radio Telephone Transmitter Receiver
8415 is the CD Player
8486 is the Ext. AV input unit (glovebox)
7215 is the Multi Function Display Screen
8482 is the Microphone
MC36 is a Body Earthing Point
8499 is the + Radio Transmitter Receiver Tel / CD Changer Battery
8408 is the Audio Earth Control

There may be 2 connectors from your roof aerial to the back of your particular head unit, which should have dual tuners incorporated. One is an active aerial and one is passive. There are 3 wires that split off along the way from the base of the aerial, these going into various control boxes probably for the telephone / GPS use in your case too. However, as there are a myriad of configurations on this model (with / without hands fee unit, with / without Cd Changer. With / Without Colour Nav, temp, traffic info, etc etc. that I simply cannot tell from the diagrams what actually connected to the back of your unit without seeing it. The Aerial connectors may be contained within the main quadlock plug at the back of the unit if these are not obviously connected elsewhere at the back of the head unit.
