Yes that'll be the one, I spent a lot of time building and flying models in my youth.

James May met one of the artists Roy Cross who was responsible for the artwork on many airfix boxes. Seems like the company airbrushed out some of the dramatic elements of his work in later years.



James May's personal favourite was this picture of a Lancaster limping home with an engine on fire!
