Thanks. Measured at 16V VE at BSI and it shuts down, so can be used. can always use a relay so as not to burden it, but small things, so should be ok.

One last thing VF3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff] where I thought I had found the right connection to the fuel cap sensor, magnetic sensor. Found pin 12 and 13 on 40V NR through color and cable code, but obviously not correct. Are you able to find the right ones?

The pump was connected correctly and no errors👍

Those are the correct connections and pin numbers, but you may not have this fitted, it was not used on all systems / vehicles, which is why it's not there most probably and shown as optional.
Please note, I'm no longer active on the Forum, so won't respond to messages.

Nice to know I'm not completely impossible :-D

These errors only appeared after connection.

Took it off the car and put it on this VF3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]. Also think it is the same type of BSI. Maybe an update would help?

Lack of communication with the alarm control box. Not described .local. (There is non)
No communication with the BSR box or the BTC box (for conversion): not described .local.
Error on sensor or the presence of the fuel cap. Not described .local.

Besides telling that the cover is missing and from what you say. Then it has no influence on the additive. Thought it registered that now it was being refueled, which is why I first thought it registered the gun in the tube, but found out it was only the cover. But isn't that also to tell the BSI that refueling is now taking place and it must register how many liters for the additive supply?

Found the problem, I hope. I knew I hadn't yet gotten hold of a magnet for the cover. So today I removed the cover and put a magnet in the hole and the error went away. Strange that it appears as an error when the cover is removed 🤔
