If I fit a second hand part, do I still need a press? How is the driveshaft supported in that bracket? Will those two top ones for £20 fit my BX?
I am tempted to try and blag the girlfriend by fixing it as cheaply as possible and tell her I am looking for a replacement car but actually don't.
I cleaned the whole thing out today top to bottom with dettol and electric mopped it, used back to black on all the plastic, it still looks well used on the outside but the inside looks better and doesn't smell now.
It is a fun car to drive. But if I am keeping it and keeping it below the radar I need to get this mount done, the cambelt done and possibly the suspension fluid? Anyone able to recommend anyone for this work?
