ok, had a look underneath, i can see nothing that would cause any problems, the cable doesnt seem to catch on anything and is routed as it should be. there are no groans or squeeks that i can hear....
BUT
when the car is really cold (minus 5) and you start it up for the first time (so very cold clutch) the clutch is feather light
