Xantia Activa lack of performance

I'm afraid it does seem an Activa characteristic Andrew. Mine does a bit but no reason can be found. I've had it on the Lexia several times and nothing to suggest any problem :roll:

Citroen did release a revised software update for the ECU to correct a slight hesitation problem at 2700 rpm. You'll need access to a Lexia to download it to your ECU.

Are you going to the Citroen National at Huntigdon next month? If so we could arrange a Lexia session :)

Jim,

it IS irritating to the point where I can understand why folk would hate an
otherwise very nice, solid and likeable car and sell it on asap. I may yet
take you or Richard up on the kind offer of a diagnostic session and the
fuel consumption issue may be worth checking to rate it's relative
awfulness but then I'd be spending a huuuugee chunk of money to get it
to Huntingdon or wherever that'd be very/quite difficult to immediately
justify on a chance it may get improved on!
