Re: Pickled Egg Quiz
A strangely mixed day for me,
80s. Actually got it in 5 secs!!!!
70s. Knock me down with a feather 2, yes 2 secs!!!
60s. Ready to get my best ever score I clicked play and this weird mystic feeling came over me, I recognised it but could I name it? Not until I had heard 7 secs. What a disappointment, after the first two successes I thought I was on for my best ever score but stuffed by the 60s!! Who'd have predicted that?

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

The band and the noise completely unknown to me.

Eleven English Seconds.
Seventies:
https://www.70s.heardledecades.com/
Another unknown although I probably have it somewhere.
Eighties:
https://heardle80s.com/
Another no. Gave them a swerve although I do like some of the solo stuff.

Re: Pickled Egg Quiz
You must listen to the radio a lot and have an excellent memory.
I fail on both accounts.
One thing that stands out here is that many of the intro's are dreadful and I would have turned whatever it was off before the fifteen second mark.
Drum intro's in particular.

Re: Pickled Egg Quiz
<Ahem> 2 seconds for 60s, 70s, and 80s again today
Even Steve ought to be able to get the 60s one
I had to sing through the first verse of the 70s one to get that, and the 80s one is very distinctive.
A hint for Steve, you may benefit from listening to the 60s one whilst driving along in your car, even if you've got no specific destination
