Well I'm surprised I was right with my guess because I had a look at the top on streetview afterwards and found it's swarming with people and cars and bikes, not like the scene of tranquility of you with your bonnet up!

Have a good look at the wheels, only clue really other than the general shape. Do the wheels not nail it down?

I am and they seem familiar. BMW or Merc maybe? but other than the 850i I cannot think of a car with that bonnet line!!
