I know some of you cannot wait for the write up so here is a taster which is probably the highlight of the Saunter anyway!! :-D

Rp0thejester wrote: 24 Oct 2023, 18:35 Any photos of Jim crying when he saw Sally???
No, but she's looking very fine, a cracking tribute to Alasdair's excellent work :D The only reason I may have cried is the bollocking I received for the state of Sally when I passed her over to Alasdair!

  Magic 8-) 8-) That really was a cracking parkrun in Dorchester :D

Later today, I'll get the album of pictures up but in the meantime, here's two from yesterday :)

It was a true cracker of a saunter and hugely enjoyed it :D Every day had a massive highlight or three and there was no one stand-out highlight as there were so many...

For me too, after all the hard work on the house and my bump on the head, some incredibly valuable R and R and a superb holiday :) I'm well refreshed now and good to go for the next phase of the house renovations...

Here's to the next one ;) I'm already planning a return to Bude... For me the discovery of the whole trip! I love that place and need to spend more time there...

And indeed, roll on our next Saunter, can't wait :)

And lastly, a huge thank you Mick, for making it all happen and being such excellent company :D

What a joy Jim, the entire gallery selects that nissan figaro in full and glorious pink as its headline photo. After your comments on the Rusty Wrecks thread it brought a smile :-D

Could leave the casual observer thinking that the pink Figaro and the red Peugeot were the vehicles you and Mick had selected for the entire saunter, given their elevation to Gallery headliner! :-D
