Odds were good that someone somewhere would have started a band called Yeti.

and so it came to pass....chap exited from the Libertines and called his band Yeti.

and the band weren't that bad and told us "never to lose your sense of wonder..."

I have to admit to being gob-smacked at the number of X-Y groups that have been found, no less than 52 would you believe. Brilliant effort all round!!
So tomorrow is the final day of our advent mission and encompasses the "Z"s and the groups beginning with a numeric digit. So The Four Tops would not count but The 4 Bottoms would!! Here is the calendar as it stands:

For the last starting group I have gone all the way back to the St Albans Civic Hall in 1966 when I first saw a local group who had had a hit in 1964 with this song. The first viewing is from a TV appearance in 1965 and the second from 2019's Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony - it took them a while to catch on!!
