I have and it is not returning any data. This is not by Country portal, but from your VIN which I have to use to get the updates. So if no data is returned, there is nothing I can do.

Should they be able to help me in the dealership? They say they can't do anything that I have to wait for an update, some guy here had the same error and it updated the radio again and it fixed.
Can they do it?

The dealership can assist with updates (but will likely charge you labour to do this). Note that your vehicle does not have on-board WiFi, so requires a licence file before it will allow a firmware update (maps are fine tough and don't require a licence file). Either that, or you will have to tether your smartphone's WiFi connection to the car first, so the licence file can be obtained from the servers that way.

This is not the first time I have heard of issues in South American countries though regarding updates. There's nothing I can do from my end though, sorry.

I suggest you DO NOT try and update your vehicle with any firmware not specifically designed for your vehicle / country and also don't download anything not from official sources.

We know that cars for some non-European countries have different hardware or have been modified, which may lead to incompatibilities with software intended for owners in EU countries. This may be why the other person's vehicle had issues, although there was an update showing for his vehicle.

I suggest you get your dealer to check from their end as they should be able to advise about the correct updates for your specific vehicle.
