I love a bath when I'm sore. Not got one though, a hot shower will suffice. I'm hurting less already. I know my body well, keeping it moving but not much will fix me rapidly.

A good stretch at yoga tomorrow will iron out any last links. It's been cancelled for the school holidays so I'm well overdue a good stretching out anyhow.

If anyone's looking for V6 lower inlet manifold gaskets (NFP) motor doctor have them. Be careful though as they've charged me for 3 despite only supplying 2 as I ordered. They haven't responded in over a week so I'll be emailing the bank a screenshot of the order and the invoice for my refund.

Pattern Jim, they have a few brands and I went for the cheapest. Quality seems alright.

Refund won't be an issue. As they've neglected to converse with me the bank will see it as fraud and refund immediately. I'll then have to supply the evidence within 24hrs or they will unrefund me.

I've used a few of that brand before and never had an issue, the head gasket for the Saab from Motorserv is Victor Reinz and I generally trust them to stock decent stuff.

Also good, for me anyway, I already have the refund and I gave it straight to Kelvs vet.

Vet and I had a right giggle yesterday actually. Bear in mind she's a petite girl and very pretty. So when she read nsr leg off my notepad said "near side rear leg!" and burst out laughing I was shocked.
"You speak car?" Said I.
"Yes, but I wish I didn't. I had to change the dual mass flywheel on mine a while ago. It was horrible, really heavy"
I fell in love right about there, shame she's married with kids.
Anyway we did the rest of the consult in car language and she's given me some polish for the stone chip on Kelvs grille.

Also newsflash, Schrödinger's tensioner has finally arrived I opened the box expecting it to be half worn but it is in fact brand new.

Jim, Alasdair I'm sorry about this but I'm going to be doing it here asap now. I'll work the cams out which are the only bit I'm troubled by. Works got me again, there's no chance of a Saturday off in the next couple of months so I'm going to do an hour per evening in the barn from tomorrow until it's done.

I'm sure I'll be fine but I would appreciate an idiots guide to reinstalling and adjusting the cams if you are able to.
I've found Citroens version of a tech doc a little difficult to understand.
Don't worry if it's too brain taxing though Jim, once it's laid out in front of me I think the tech doc will make more sense.

No, there's one tool I meant to bring you last time I visited that will make the job much easier but yes, you do need the Star Torx...

The cams will be obvious once it's all in bits but as I say, you know how to get hold of me...

Meanwhile, advise me by other means - not FCF PM - your address and I'll pop the tool in the post for you
