This happened on the way home on Friday, I think it was something falling out of a tree. That will be £70 then!

At least it missed the glass roof!

The car park at work was covered in sheet ice. One of my colleagues (a really nice bloke as well) drove in, tried to turn & went straight on into my car without slowing, the ABS chattering away. He was really shaken up when he came and told me.

I feel the pain. That's a really nice car probably killed. Is the b pillar badly bent? If it's not a door swap might do the job. I don't know if my old one sold a couple of months ago. He was only asking 1500, I was near buying it back before I bought the activa.
At least no one is hurt though. Broken cars can be repaired or replaced, broken humans is a different matter.

as you say Davie steel & glass don't matter, people do. Yes the b pillar is a bit bent/flattened and the outer sill distorted. If (when) they write it off I may try & buy back to repair it. A mate of mine has a mate who's breaking a black VTS & I've bagsied the door!

Is your mate who's breaking one selling the interior? I'm after a drivers seat quite desperately! Oh.. and a passenger side headlight, and the window switch block from the drivers door...

Oh no! That's terrible. I'd hate that to happen to mine. At least no one was hurt. I hope you get it sorted , looks like write-off territory but not to hard to fix if you buy it back.

I got my 07 plate c5 back for £150. I would think you would get yours back for that. It will be a cat c. I would take it back at that even to break it. If what I found for my c5 the swivelling headlights are like hens teeth, well over a grand from citroen and £300 from breakers, if you can find one. Front bumper for the c5 over a grand, so be move 2 headlights, front bumper, bonnet wings, the wheels and interior you've made over a grand and scrap the rest.

It's a mate of a mate & I already have quite a list from another forum, but I'll try to bagsie the bits you want. I think my mate is going to see it on Monday so I'll ask him.
