Okay, back from holidays and I got an old laptop with 32-bit windows xp installed. Lexia works, but now when I do diagnostics, the Lexia on this computer never recognizes the BSI model. On the VM machine before crashing it did recognize, same cables.
Diagbox 7.57, I think cable fw 4.3.2
I'm trying to activate cruise control stalk, but can't find the options from the "not recognized" BSI. With injection sometimes it gets recognized correctly, sometimes not - it's behaving strangely.
Does anyone happen to remember the exact steps in activating the cruise control stalk in Lexia?
Lexia in VM crashing every time, also crashes the host

My first thought is, does the car have the electrical components fitted for cruise control to work? I have headlight washers and tyre pressure sensors fitted but it doesn't have the electrical components for them to work. Did cruise control work for you before and suddenly stopped?

Yes I ask the stupid questions, because normally it is that simple.

No, it never worked - I bought the stalk and trying to get it to work. Lexia recognizes all the button inputs from the stalk. I also checked that it recognizes brake pedal input, but not clutch input. Both clutch and brake pedals seem to have two wire plugs. So I as far as I understand anything missing the clutch input is a problem.Rp0thejester wrote: 02 Sep 2025, 23:44 My first thought is, does the car have the electrical components fitted for cruise control to work? I also had strange issues now when trying to get the key transmitter to work. I recently swapped to a new battery and went to a key copy place to make sure that signal is being sent with button presses - and sure enough some signal is sent. So I programmed my both keys in Lexia, no issues with that. But synchronizing the key fob does not work. I tried multiple times with the instructions displayed in Lexia (ignition, hold locking button, like in the screenshots). Didn't get the FOB paired. But also when I finished with my key attempts, central lock stopped working completely - economy mode. I turned on the engine but lights didn't come on either automatically or by turning the stalk?

So I took the battery out of the car and left it to charge overnight. Today the strange symptoms are gone. Even stranger is that the key FOB started workingselma_true wrote: 11 Sep 2025, 19:21No, it never worked - I bought the stalk and trying to get it to work.
