If you want to look at the MAP sensor and boost pressure sensor values in live data, with the ignition on but the engine not running they ought to be similar to each other depending on the units - might be pascals, kpascals, mbar or bar. On tickover again similar but when the accelerator pedal is pressed they should go up, when released drop back down. You could post any values on here which might help us.

I have checked the live data. I don't know which one is the boost pressure but the MAP at idle (800rpm) was 78kPa. Once engine @ 3000rpm, this value dropped to 30kPa. Means nothing to me.

Where can i find both the MAP & Boost sensors? Can you give an image maybe?

It would be helpful to know which codes come back immediately, as these would be the first to chase.

The under-boost error shouldn't happen if the engine is driven very gently, then the question is whether there is any boost generated before the error is thrown.

The MAP sensor is unlikely to be responsible for those codes and is mounted on the throttle body (quite difficult to access). The boost pressure sensor is mounted on the plastic pipe that runs across the top of the engine.

I don't think that you said how badly the engine is running. Is it rough, or lacking power?

I have cleared the codes & had the vehicle idling for approx 30-mins. The Turbo Underboost warning has not re-appeared since (whilst at idle). The Anti-pollution warning came up straight away & on the diagnostic tool it just said "Crankshaft Position Camshaft Position Correlation Bank 1 Sensor A P0016 $07e8"

I would agree with others that there is probably a timing issue. It is possible that the timing has slipped, but at that mileage it would be best to replace the chain, guides. and tensioner.

Is this a big job?

I have also noticed some excessive oil use. There is a weep from the top of the block at the join to the rocker cover. Is there a gasket in there that may need replacing? Just wondering if could get all done in one hit?

The timing chain etc. is a fairly big job, best get a couple of quotes from garages (including a dealer as they are sometimes the cheapest).

There is a rubber seal on the top cover which can be replaced, but the cover itself may be deformed or cracked and thus need replacement.

Atmospheric pressure is about 100kPa so with the engine off but the ignition on you should be seeing about this pressure. The values you have given are vacuum ones which might be correct but it might suggest there is no boost from the turbo during your test.
