Re: Stellantis Urea Tank (Adblue) Compensation Scheme
They don’t make that information available, but obviously the higher the mileage and the older the car the less the compensation. So a very low mileage car is likely to get more support than a high mileage car. Obviously, servicing history will also play a factor no doubt.

Re: Stellantis Urea Tank (Adblue) Compensation Scheme
It says depending on mileage only.
It says nothing about age, if you are within their frame window.
So question is still the same:
How is the 30-90% compensation figured out?
Perhaps someone knowledgeable will chime in?

Re: Stellantis Urea Tank (Adblue) Compensation Scheme
Hello all, 1st post from me!
My K9 Berlingo came up with the dreaded Ad Blue/Engine management lights last month. I spoke to Stellantis who said if it was a Ad blue tank failure they would contribute 70% towards parts. The car is 2019 model and had just over 49k on the clock.
As it goes (unfortunately!?) the issue was not the Ad blue tank itself but the Urea Injector that as far as I'm aware (please correct me if I'm wrong) is a separate issue from the Ad Blue tank failure covered by the compensation scheme.
As well as the injector being replaced the car also needs a new Catalytic Converter no doubt as a result of the faulty urea injector. The final bill is over £2k although the dealership has got a 25% goodwill contribution from Stellantis of the whole bill.
I hope this info helps

Re: Stellantis Urea Tank (Adblue) Compensation Scheme
Has anyone had any luck getting a contribution so far?
Just got a P20E8-00 this morning and tank not pressurising so may end up going down this route.
100k miles, 2018 and no Citroen service history though so not expecting much. Though was thinking even a 30% contribution would make it cheaper than elsewhere.

Who are Stellantis and how are they involved in this scheme?
The link to https://stellantis-support.com/ does not work.

Stellantis is the new (well, a few years old) name for what used to be 'PSA Groupe'. Peugeot, Citroen, DS and Vauxhall are part of this group.

Thanks for the info @HellRazor
Unfortunately the portal for raising a compensation request is not working.

That seems to be one of their current tricks to avoid dealing with problems.Christos wrote: 03 Jun 2025, 18:06 Thanks for the info @HellRazor

Re: Stellantis Urea Tank (Adblue) Compensation Scheme
I spoke to Citroen Customer Care today, who confirmed that I was eligible for 60% of parts.
Further details are here: https://adblue-conditions-en.tiiny.site/
The portal is up and running again today - but as soon as I entered my VIN, I was informed that my vehicle did not qualify - despite it seemingly meeting all of the criteria.
There are no contact details on the portal and seemingly no way to appeal or complain about the decision.
I have contacted Citroen Customer Care again, who say that there is nothing that they can do.
I have asked that they raised this as a formal complain internally.

Checkout https://adblue-conditions-en.tiiny.site/ - I think the information you are looking for is there.jllgd wrote: 02 Apr 2025, 01:24 It says the following in the Stellantis Compensation Scheme agreement:
“For vehicles 5 to 8 years old, Stellantis covers 30% to 90% of costs for parts, depending on mileage.”
Question: How is it established exactly what coverage you will receive?
How is the mileage vs cost percentage in fact determined?

Was your car dealer serviced and to the required timescales ? If not this can be a get out for lots of things.

Re: Stellantis Urea Tank (Adblue) Compensation Scheme
Just for clarify, when I have car more than 8 years old, I'm not align to get any discount? Based on distance 165k, I would get 40% discount.. thank you for your confirmation..
