It is my understanding that the DW10CTED4 engine specifically, has a Steel Subframe.

Thanks Marc!

I have now lowered the subframe(hopefully enough to get the steering rack out), will proceed tomorrow. I didn't follow your guide exactly, didn't remove the front ally beam.

I hope I can take some pictures and provide as help here for anyone else needing it.

All done now and the steering is light and smooth as it should. All I need to do now is a tracking.
