Did you check the differential pressure for DPF, though? It's the final indication for a bad DPF. Do the live data readings as Marc says.

You're certain the ceramic filter element is present inside it also, no holes drilled through the element?
I'd also say that if the filter is unharmed it's basically impossible for that much soot to get though.
