Screen is moving up but no image is present on the screen, also before the upgrade start...

It won't make any difference - the system is designed to boot from CD or USB from firmware and additionally, if you insert a CD in this condition, you may not be able to eject it as it constantly looks for a boot source - and here lies the problem, if it's not booting from USB firmware it won't boot from CD.
You have nothing to lose at this stage by trying the replacement MicroSD card like others.

Re: 3008 1° Series Business - Navigation issue
I think I didn't explain myself correctly. This morning, I replaced the 8 GB microSD card with a new 16 GB one. I turned on the device and inserted the USB stick with the 2.8 update data. The radio stopped emitting the buzzing sound, and the USB stick started blinking as if it were being read. However, there's no output on the screen. After 10 minutes, the radio seemed to have rebooted itself. No output during this 10 mins.
Just to be sure, I took the old microSD card and inserted it into my PC. The three data partitions seem to be present. So, I guess it's not a microSD problem, right?

Ok, I understand now you've completed the upgrade.
So does the radio work? can you hear any sound output? If you can hear music then possibly the screen connection or the screen itself, but if not, then I still think the RT6 is toast if it's not outputting to the display.
One last thing is try another BSI Reset / Battery Disconnect / Reconnect Procedure just in case, but leave the battery disconnected for at least 10 minutes to drain power from the Head unit.

We also tried the battery procedure.
Waited for the vehicle to go into standby, removed the battery for over 2 hours but nothing to do...
It's strange that the radio keeps rebooting... if the operating system was found I would expect to hear the radio but not see anything on the screen instead here it seems that the radio does not start... I will try with another microsd... Do you have any other ideas?

When the firmware reinstalls the operating system on the MicroSD card, we suspect that the software on the motherboard is also updated in one or more places. That's likely why even with putting in a new MicroSD card and following the guide it is not always successful.
One last thing, make sure you are not using a MAC and that there are no hidden or system files being transferred over to the MicroSD card. Once you put the card into a PC or a MAC they will write files to the card that can cause issues. These will be hidden and must be removed.
