Can you please upload your images directly to this forum - we don't like third party image hosting programmes as it is awkward for people to keep flicking back and forward when reading a post and many won't be bothered to do this. It makes it easier to read and see the image at the same time without all the annoying ads and spam from external sources, thanks.

This works on a C5 Aircross, but there's no guarantee it will work on a C4 Picasso. Try it at your own risk:

• Unlock the car, get inside, and close the doors. Don't switch on the ignition or press any controls.
• Press the lock button on the fob, keep it pressed. The central locking will lock and unlock the vehicle - keep the fob locking button pressed.
• After about 5 seconds, while holding the lock button on the fob, press the central locking button on the dashboard / console.
• Hold the central locking button pressed for a few seconds.
• Then release the central locking button, and you should hear a sound indicating this has completed the operation.
• Then release the fob locking button.
• You can now confirm this has worked by seeing if you can lock and unlock the door using the hands-free door handles.

If hasn't worked, try again, but it may not work on all vehicles.

To re-enable, repeat the same process again.

Ok, I'm sorry but I really can't help you with these faults - you have a multitude of system failures and I suspect there may ne a mis-configuration of the BSI here or electrical failure for this number of system faults.

I don't have time to go into all these - as I think there is little point if it's a configuration error. You really need to get it to Citroen and let them run a proper full diagnostic as this is really beyond the scope of the Forum to deal with.

That's what I thought too. At the end of August I will drive to Turkey by car. It's a little cheaper with the prices in the workshop. When I know more I will report back.

Would you roughly say that I need a new BSI?

It's impossible for me to give you that answer - it may be a configuration issue or an electrical issue with so many faults.

All errors in the control unit have been deleted and checked. Workshop says that the control unit and BSI are ok. The only thing I can think of is the key module that could be broken.

When I changed the cabin filter, I found a slot
behind the glove compartment which was empty. In the video I used as instructions, the slot was connected to an antenna. Can this be a keyless go antenna?
