Thank you very much for your reply.
I wanted to see what firmware updates are available.I consider any firmware update coming from the manufacturer's book to mean that they have fixed bugs. Hence the idea of updating the modules.

You are on the wrong track.
You should leave the modules alone. They are only ever updated when there is a need to by the dealer for a particular problem. Attempting to update an ECU may lose the configuration and may also require further intervention.
There is generally no firmware on these, only software for the ECUs and these are generally to be left alone without a good reason to intervene.

Re: Original Diagbox with token login issue (explained)
The problem that I have with my car is that the volume of the parking sensors is low and I have seen that on some models you can make the volume higher, but it doesn't work for me because I don't have that speaker where I can adjust the volume of the parking sensors.
I attach the picture for info.
Thanks for your reply and I appreciate your involvement.

Re: Original Diagbox with token login issue (explained)
Hi
On some connected NAV vehicles this speaker icon appeared and according to the manuals it could be used to adjust the speaker volume of the parking assistance beeps, but I should tell you that many who did have the speaker icon found it never actually worked - so I think this may of been one of those things that they put into the manual but never functioned.
I have connected Navigation, but there is no speaker icon either, and turning the speaker volume (round button on Head Unit or steering wheel volume buttons) has no effect - it just raises the volume of the media source.
Of course, the system is designed to increase the volume as an object gets nearer, but I can't see anywhere to configure or change this.
I am only aware that on some very old units from 2006 this could be done using Lexia - but there is nothing I can see on later equipment to do this using Diagbox.
If it is possible, it may be a dealer-only function that may require some change in the Head Unit configuration that is locked out from normal diagnostic configuration. I have checked the BSIs for some later vehicles and I can't see any function for this in there.

On all the cars that have this icon the volume works
I don't understand why some cars have it and others don't
although they have the same configuration.
Thanks for your help.

Just so you don't misunderstand what I said - I know owners who have this speaker icon when reversing, but it actually does nothing when pressed. Even though it says the volume can be adjusted in the manual, they have tried it and again, nothing. It's quite possible they have removed it in later firmware updates for this reason - but they are very lazy updating the owner manuals - some they can't be bothered to update even when the telematics system has a new interface - everything in the manual is totally out of date and no longer relevant in the instructions in many areas. Would cost too much to update it I guess

The annoying part for me is that the sensors on the front are very quiet and almost unnoticeable and on the back they are a bit louder than the ones on the front.

Commonly the speakers activate on the side of the obstacle and the rear volume is likely set at a higher rate as they are further back from the driver.

That is correct, but I wonder how the manufacturer's software team have such syncopes, on some cars there are on others there are not. They don't seem to have invested much in this department.
In Romania we have a saying "leave it to me, it works like that" ... it makes me think that the French also work on this principle.
It's very frustrating…

Re: Original Diagbox with token login issue (explained)
As far as I can see, the parking assistance ECU has no control over the audio - it just passes the data to the Head Unit ECU that displays the data and probably the audio and so forth, hence if my suspicions are correct it will be a default setting in the NAC unit that is factory set most likely. Whether it can be changed is something I can't advise you on though sorry.

Hello everybody!
The speaker problem has been solved.
I used Arduino to code that speaker. Basically only a simple tick was needed.
Thanks everyone for your help!

Re: Original Diagbox with token login issue (explained)
Good to hear, as I suspected it's an internal setting to the head unit and not accessible by Diagbox. Thanks for the update.

Re: Original Diagbox with token login issue (explained)
And thank you for the advice. It was a real pleasure.
But the token for diagbox doesn't work, because that's where the whole discussion started.
I also installed the latest version 9.202 and surprise surprise, although I have a valid account, in this version it says that the user name and password are wrong. But I'm starting to get used to the PSA group's maladjustments.
Have a nice day everyone!

I updated to the new version 9.202, when I enter my user password, I get a warning that the username and password are wrong. There is no problem with my information.
