Did you not delete them and then go on a test drive to see what pops up? I dread to think how many codes I'll get when plugging my girl in once I get the diagbox

Yes I ask the stupid questions, because normally it is that simple.

No, I really couldn't be bothered to sit through and clear that many codes and then wait for them to crop up. The car was a nice-but-not-necessary upgrade. The codes just confirmed a couple of red flags I noticed just taking it up and down the road. The first was the suspension would not raise despite me pressing 'up' a couple of times. I had to press 'down' and then 'up' to get it to go up. The second was the front demist, it didn't revert the fan to the original setting when I turned it off.
This car that was supposedly fine had 20 errors in the injection / iginition section alone. Mine that I know has a fault somewhere there only throws up 7 errors. It had 10 more in one other section as well as well as other sections with numerous errors.

My account accidentally got deleted late Dec '23, so if you're reading my posts from then or earlier and they look weird / are missing media, that's why. There's no fix, sorry.

Hmm, seems honest to me, if gunna hide something then it would of had all codes deleted. May be worth another look without the diagbox present. How did it seem to you on visual inspection?

Re: [C5 X7] Rough cost estimate for repair.
Well it had about 40K miles more than mine on the clock, so had more wear and tear, interior was really well kept though. Having another look isn't really worth it as it's over an hour's drive one way. I can't afford to risk picking it up with the advisory, the red flags and the Diagbox report, it just adds up. Then there's the unknown of the wishbone bushing condition and the steering rack and other things. Last time I had to get the wishbone changed on mine, Citroen charged me 1K for the one side. I can't risk picking the car up only to find the bushings disintegrating 3 months later.
