Sorry for hijacking the thread but this sounds similar to my issues. Mine has the fault code U029E 87 and sometimes shows the one mentioned in here.
My urea pressure is 0.5 bar and the temperature or the urea is reading as - 40c. Have you ever come across such readings when repairing? If so what did the problem end up being?
