Is there any test you can do with multimeter to find out if the throttle body is ok?
I guess I need also wiring diagram for that.

This is the connection for the motorised throttle:
This is the wiring for the motorised throttle. I have marked the signal 1 and signal 2 tracks in red. 1320 component is the engine ECU
1220 : throttle potentiometer supply 5V
1219 : throttle potentiometer position signal 2
1367 : motorised butterfly potentiometer earth
1218 : throttle potentiometer position signal 1
1371 : Throttle motor command by +
1372 : Throttle motor command by -
"A" Position of the butterfly at rest (ignition off) or "limp home" position in the event of a failure.
"B" Position of the gas butterfly with the ignition on or at idle.
"C" Position of the butterfly at full load.
"b" Force of the butterfly motor.
"c" Force of the spring.
With the ignition off, the "limp home" spring holds the butterfly open (Position "A" ).
When the ignition is switched on, the engine management ECU controls the butterfly to the idle position, countering the force of the "limp home" spring (Position "B" ).
When the engine is idling the throttle butterfly moves to supply the airflow required by the engine (Replaces the idle regulation stepper motor ).
From 1500 rpm the engine management ECU controls the throttle in the opposite direction to assist the "limp home" spring (Position "C" ).
The position of the throttle is monitored by the engine management ECU (potentiometer incorporated in the butterfly unit).
The engine management ECU cuts off the supply to the butterfly housing if certain faults are present.

This case continues…
Car is now being checked by Citroen mechanic. They updated the ECU software first and checked intake, no leaks. Also canister and throttle body was checked and fine. Timing is checked and corrected by Citroen mechanic also. Was little bit off. (My eBay tools)
Still getting code P2279 but now there is codes P2200 and P0565-0F also.

P0565 is to do with the cruise control - implausible / invalid value, which may well be triggered by your other issue. P2200 is not being returned as a valid code against your VIN.
