Agree, don't like it grubby inside.
I can never quite believe the volume of teeny tiny gravel chippings that seem to accumulate in the footwell! And always as many under the mats as on them!

It's almost like the material that eventually becomes potholes somehow magically migrates inside your car... They have a life of their own and are afraid of the light, hence their liking for being under mats...
