I know on my old 2015 Peugeot 308, if you hold the unlock button on fob for a few seconds then it unlocks the doors & the windows open afterwards. Likewise when you go to lock the car, holding the button for a few seconds will lock the doors & then the windows will rise to lock

Features are added and removed with different models and build dates, with the most common feature of window closing still available on many models, but window opening was removed on many models even as far back as the 2005 C5 facelift, yet it was available on the earlier MK 1. Crazy.
