That’s for the child mirror removal not for a dash cam install.
You’ll have to determine the best way to route the wiring to the fuse box and use a piggy back fuse. Just don’t wire anything in front of the ‘A’ pillar trim as there are airbags and explosives in there. Make sure you route any wiring behind the airbag wiring and assembly or it will act like cheese wire if it goes off and cause injury.
Some cameras can be mounted on the flat dash under the windscreen depending on vehicle if there’s enough height, then routed via the edge of the dash where it meets the lower windscreen and from there along the sides into the end of the dashboard corner trim once removed, which should provide access to the fuses.

Re: How to remove rear view 'child mirror' - C4 Picasso (B78)
I'd like to run the wire down behind the trim to the rear view mirror, my logic would be that I'd need to remove the trim above the windscreen, and the two mirrors (rear view and child view) so the wire runs inside parts 11/12 & 16/17 instead of being cable tied to them. Based on the screenshot that was shared by danlat1415 above with the sun visors etc included that looks like what I'll need to?
