I guess I've become the expert ...

Well. Not really.. but the lexia update from 7.02 to 7.57 was a success.. I managed to read some ecu faults however have the ecus were not recognised although I could still go in and read them.

It appears that all the feature at fault that is..

Tyre monitor
Esp
Auto parking brake
Abs
Anti roll back feature..

Are all monitored and controlled by the abs/esp ecu module. I found the front nearside abs sensor is giving no reading ... it showed no value. Once I cleared the fault while stationary every other fault went away. As soon as I moved and the sensor gave no reading it all came back. So the hard bit is done next bit is to get the wheel off find the plug and see if we can find dud wires or a completely dud sensor head. I've seen though that copper cable quality is even worse then xantias and the famous copper disintigrating inside the insulation still happens but at a much younger age..

So to conclude this after upgrading my diagbox and going into parameters I found both front sensors were duff

55 quid later two sensors and a reset we have a fully functional car again. The only remaining issue was steering angle sensor has an error comms on the can bus network. However all orange lights out and staying out..
