Are you talking about the strut tops? If you are, there is a company who refurbishes them in such a way as to prevent them from spearing through the bonnet;

Do Citroen still sell top mounts?
If so, what price is 5271 E4 and 5271 F6 please? I’m assuming that right means offside in the strut mount table otherwise I need the left one.
My offside one looks ready to collapse. Lots of daylight when putting alternator back in S2.

From your VIN ending 7785 (=RP6463), Parts has both L & R strut tops still available, which is amazing.
Not quite the part numbers you quote, but this is the correct page for the VIN:

Left and Right are always as seen from the driver's seat, not from the front.

Elastomer are the place to go for exchange/your own tops rebuilt. They do an excellent job. Full details on their website.
