Did you erased fault error codes? If codes U1118 and P1693 are active and not erased it wont start either ways. You need diagnostic tool to erase codes.
Also is your car cranking at all? If not then it could be faulty starter, clutch cable or ignition switch.

Hi mate , sorry for the late reply. The van cranks over very well and was firing on easy start .
The auto sparks hasn't been yet so I've not been on it . Since I swapped over the bsm the sync between the cam and crank shaft have been inconsistent and I'm not sure if I've disturbed another wire doing this. Thanks again for the replies.

Update, i swapped my bsm with my other van and other van still runs fine but the van with problem ran whole day without problem but suddenly it stopped again and now i see crankshaft sensor error P0337 Engine speed signal sc between two wires or oc.
I will check wires and swap sensors i think and see if this is the problem, will let u know soon.

I also found error with my bsm/bsi module, my van alternator doesnt start charging unless i rev engine. Seems that alternator gets its signal from bsm module to start charging because if i swapped bsm then other van doest charge battery at idle unless i rev engine once.

Ok update ! Removed pump and it's had it ! Turns by hand with ease. The drive cog on the end is worn and damaged. Can't see the end of the cam shaft a dual don't know what it should look like tbh . Funny how it was all running before the injectors were changed ?. Has anyone got a picture of the 2.0hdi camshaft in head to see what I should be looking at please 🙏. Tia

Hi i made a break myself too, car is not working at all right now, seems to be some wiring or ecu fault.
Now i have errors:
P1352
P1197
P1694
0117

Ill check mass cables, it might be this.

Did you get your engine to work?
