Okay thanks for the replies, I got myself mixed up re the tyres. It's the rims which have been changed 1 original and new 2nd hand rim. So I'll hopefully get them matched up.
For anybodys interest the \costco @ Loanhead does have a tyre fitting centre. I've used in the past. Car tyre prices were reasonable and pretty good for Premium tyres. The only problem for me now its a 45 mile drive to there.

When you changed the wheel rim(s), what did you do about the valves?

So you fitted the car with the rims and valves off another car? In that case you definitely need to get the valves re-paired.
One further thought. Are you sure that the rims you fitted had TPMS valves?
