Hi, thank you for all the help. they have done exactly the same as you have advised and still doing it. I will have to get it looked at by someone as i am out of ideas ! thank you

OK, that means you have a PROBLEM, as opposed to a GLITCH. If you look back through this thread I know that, in my previous post, I also linked to Forum members who have Lexia diagnostic equipment that are willing to help out other members. Some of these members have not posted for a long time, so may not respond to a Private Message (PM), but others may. It is worth asking them before (if you have to) going to a dealership and paying for a Lexia session.

Hi all, I’m having this exact same problem, even down to random power steering cutting out and the lights flashing. OP (if you’re still around) did you manage to find a solution? I’m hesitant to call a mechanic if it’s an easy fix!

Some found the steering controls were the problem due to wear can't remember but there was piece online regarding contacts in the stalk switches failing, considering its french half the production team that did the quality control kept on striking as france will strike if one of there work force won't sneeze the same as the others ..... Was there an actual out come to this thread would like to know what happens.
