Well found 2 glow plugs as soon as i disconnect the lead on number 2 the draw went

Excellent - well done - so are you after a new relay? If you need the part number pop your VIN up here.

Surley its the Relay (or something that's controlling the relay) that's the fault here? Cant see how the glowplug itself can be the problem??
