f-w-i-w, the Contintal belt kit for the C15 came in well under £100 (a year ago - or was it 2?) & my friendly neighbourhood mobile mechanic (down in Devon) fitted it for around £200. Only other cost was antifreeze - but I had enough "in stock"

No, only the the Timing Belt is included in whichever kit you select.

The accessories belt and those tensioners and pulleys are separate.

Contents of the genuine 1609525680 kit, though some non-genuine kits also include the bolts.
