C5 1.6 THP Wiring Diagram

I decided to open the pump to see if I could find out why it failed but there are no signs of anything burnt etc. on the printed circuit (see attached photograph)

Under power mosfet 2N06L64 is a resistor or a diode that seems burnt. Also could be shorted the power mosfet.

Thanks for your comments, do the diesel C5s have this pump as well?

Also I would have removed the circuit board to investigate further but it seems glued in!

Anyway I am just happy to get the car working again at a very reasonable cost, hope this post helps others.
