Cannot log to my Citroen service account

Hard to say - I don't know how they check - it could be just that their servers are busy if you have already had an account active. They may check to see how many times access is made and whether for the same VIN all the time to determine if it's a garage or not - but that's just a guess. Like I said if you need anything desperately looking up just post and one of us with access will pick it up.
