Are you saying Halfords can't make this up for you then? What is the problem, or are you asking for a place other than Halfords? Where are you based as not all their stores have a paint mixing service - here's the link to their store locators that also tell you what in-store services each has:

Does anyone know what type of paint modern Citroën use? The reason for the question is, do I use cellulose thinners, to thin it down, so I can use a the paint from a touch up pen in my airbrush?
