Just to add my tuppence worth. had the same problem on a Pug 206 when the sump was changed by ATS euromasters. They tightened it up straight away and it never sealed properly. When I finally got round to taking the sump off myself I discovered a piece of the gasket had dripped inside whenever they were tightening the sump and had lodged next to the oil pick up pipe. I immediately then knew why I occasionally got a low oil pressure and "STOP" message on the screen. Did the hand tighten and leave overnight method and it's been perfect ever since. Almost a very expensive engine meltdown for the sake of 12 hours wait to cure.
