From normal, put the car on low, I could get 27+ tick interval, when ignition off and start on low height setting, i could get more than 30 close up to 40. Rear centre sphere had never been change, if it was ruptured could it make the tick interval shorter?

As far as I am aware (but I could be wrong) the anti sink sphere does not have any effect on the tick rate. Only the front accumulator sphere does, and I believe this is because it is fitted to the regulator.

thats because one of the functions/by products of the accumulator sphere is it acts as a damper to the regulator switching in and out

So, the rear sphere doesnt affect the tick rate, Im thinking it could be leaking somewhere or maybe the regulator itself, I will let you guys know if I found out anything, thanks for the info.
