You could do..... BUT.......the picture doesn't give the pipe diameter, which for the specified XUD 92BHP engine would be 54mm.
The 110BHP HDI uses a 60mm dia. pipe up to the silencer at the back of the car. Have a look at the Bosal catalogue online where they do show pipe diameters.
The difference in cross sectional area is approx 20%, that pipe shown in your link would be quite an effective power limiter
