Well, when they are stumped by a problem they look it up, normally to find "Contact CitroJim" as an option!

this is the problem with having a manually adjusted cable on a modern car. People don't know what they are! The clutch over stroking through the cable being too tight is probably what breaks the driving straps on the pressure plate. It's very common on Fiestas (although they're hydraulic)when the clutches have been in for a long time and the clutch is basically being pushed too far. The answer? auto adjust cable, but then they don't work very well either!

Hello all,
My daught has got a Citroen C1 flair and the clutch cable has snapped. Tried ordering new cable through Citroen dealer no joy there. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get a clitch cable for a Citroen c1 2016 flair or know if any other cable from another car i.e peugeot or something.

If the Citroen dealer can't help then try a Toyota dealer, they are Toyotas in drag.
