That's a healthy increase then fella! Is it the 90 or 110 hdi? Our xanty bus is a 90 brake td and I'd be chuffed to bits if it gave 83 on the rollers haha!

Good result Kitch :-D Just got to see where those 6.5 horses have got to now...

I take it it's a 90... Shame they never put the 110 in the Picasso; they have a reasonable turn of performance for an oil-burner...

Post 2004 you could get them with a 110 BHP 1.6 HDi....

I have a suspicion that they put a longer final drive in he box to improve the economy, which rather blunts the performance. But then performance is not what the Picasso about, well not performance on the road anyway

Just stumbled across my old post! Since this thread was last updated, I've learned DON'T buy cheap air flow meters, it's a false economy! It failed again after a year, and a genuine unit improved things no end. The HDi tuning remap did even more - it's now around 120bhp/210lb ft! :D Sadly, it's also for sale.

Check for full throttle at the control unit, it's bolted to the brake master cylinder. They often have too much slack in the cable.
We have remapped a few 90 bhp HDI's, and they are loads better after, prob give around 110 bhp
