ZX Dashboard lights

Green! ... I'd like to see that ... any chance of taking a photo and posting it??

I tried coloured bulbs when I had a Kawasaki gpz900r, looked excellent but it was most odd having a green low fuel warning light - it's surprising how you tend to ignore it because it's not the orange colour which has a sort of urgency about it.

On a sort of related note, I read in the Haynes book for my w reg (2000) Xantia, that the dash bulbs may not be easily changed as in earlier models - can someone give a definitive answer on this. I am reluctant to go to any trouble removing stuff ito change one duff bulb if it turns out the effort is wasted!

Hmmm just had a thought, while I have the dashboard out, should I clean it up ... is it possible to re-paint the needles and if I clean the perspex or plastic what should I use?
