Hi all happy new year,How do you start a cold c5 hdi?

You won't see the glowplug light above 5 degrees, but yesterday at -5 it was on for about 4 seconds.

Mine is the latest 2.2 HDI.
Currently driving a 2004 C5 VTR (old shape) and an Electric Kia Soul. Sorry but the electric one is my favourite!
Formerly Hyundai Genesis 3.8 V6, 2 x Kia Optima, 2 x C5, Xsara and Saxo.

My 55 hdi c5 has no glow plug light but it starts instantly even when its -9 and the car has not been used for days, my dealer told me there is no light and no need to wait before starting.
