normal coolant temperature ?

my 1.9 runs at 70 all day long on a motorway cruise, 80 when in town, 85 ish when really pushing it, and 100 ish when towing a 1.3 ton caravan up hills,
c5 2.2 auto hdi estate 52 reg

My 1.9 td Xantia's were the same as that , it seems the HDI's are different.
Now using '00 Xantia LX HDI, pov spec :(
My past Citroens :-
'00 Xantia SX HDI, now dead due to accident :(

My 2000 Hdi90 runs consistently at 80 or 85°C.

My 1998 1.8 16V ran cooler - indicated about 70°C. I always thought this was low but never did anything about it.

Go on --- ask how I got the ° symbol!

You stole it from me, I've been searching for it all day, all I have left is a miserable ? which is not a suitable substitute. I want it back right now :evil:
