To nbrewster,
Someone has certainly gone a long way down the tuning route but I'm not sure how !
My mark one Activa was still pulling HARD uphill when it ran out of speedometer (at 150mph measured) F**K knows how !
It did however only do 17mpg which a mate told me was worse than his Ferrari 308 Quatravalve!
He did however say that my Activa was quicker than his Ferrari !

This is the best place for info on Xantia.
Activa 1997, still only 68,000 miles.
Had rad fans replaced, loads of front bearings, even had a new gearbox under warranty at 15k.
Had rattly back end done twice and now it's back again and I need to do it myself this time. Looks like I can find out how in here somehow.

Sometimes we find them at the side of the A1

yup I am finding that but that said it could be to do with the fact i have just left my 9000i for a much newer faster etc car and I just cant no matter how hard I try cant stop playing with the turbo punch coming out of corners (makes me sound like a boy racer) this is one car that even though it will probably be high maintaince will be worth it as I cant stop driving her and she puts a smile on my face every time[:D]
