C5 Cills / Sills? Tip

Personally I think anything covering sills is a bad news. I should know, I own a Fiat - 125.

last year I had to have my year 2001 607 welded. I was really shocked and disappointed.
The floor had split away from the sill near a front jacking point which was folded flat by some previous owner's abuse.
The car is fine and the welding is in a place that isn't visible, but obviously it's not galvanised any more.
