Will putting on a straight through pipe be against MOT rules--if car had cat to start with.??

No, perfectly OK to do that Greg as a cat is not a legal requirement on a diesel in the UK and does not form part of the MOT test.Gregg1100 wrote:Hi,

The cat is there to help reduce NOx emissions, which are not subject to MOT testing on any vehicle as yet.
Take the thing off with complete impunity and enjoy a small performance boost as a result!

Xantia TD exhaust
That GSF part number N21052 shows the pipe for an Xantia TD---no year. Anyone put one onto a Series 2 Xant?
