At the very least, you'll need to provide an ignition switched 12V supply for the stop solenoid and then it'll run. You may have to experiment with timing and fuelling a bit to get it sweet.
Note that from about '95 on, most PSA 1.9TDs will be found fitted with a semi-electronic Bosch pump with a keypad immobiliser, ECU and armoured, tamper-proof pump. These are more difficult but could be transplanted. You'd need pump, injectors (No. 3 is special as it has a needle-lift sensor), ECU, engine loom, double relay, and (initially at least) the keypad. Thn you'd need to do a good bit or wiring mods to make it all work. It's doable but the early mechanical pump is a better bet.
