Why wait until the weekend Lee? It literally is a five minute job to pull out the spring housing from behind the pedal, pop the spring out, cut a length of copper pipe and pop it all back together. Even easier maybe would be to use a length of 15mm plastic water pipe. That can be cut with a Stanley knife.

Which reminds me. SWMBO complains the TD brakes are too good. I guess I'll have to put the spring back in the TD :roll:
